페이팔 결제에 대해서 질문 할께요.
페이팔에서 메일로 컨펌 인증 했구요, 통장 연동까지 전부해서 카드는 Primary 승인 받고
바로 2.9달러 짜리 결제를 시도하는데요 이런 문구가 뜨네요

이렇게 경고가 뜨네요.. 대기시간이 필요한건가요? 어떠케 되는거죠?;;
